Brandon Politz is a great example of continually working towards goals! Here is what he had to say about how his trainer has been able to help him.
“We started about a year and something ago. I can say it’s been an up and down road, but we stuck it out from all the talks about anime and movies- to sharing the same birthday. Curtis is more of a friend then a trainer. I myself have scoliosis so the training helps with strengthening my back and core. Abs everyday (one of the many sayings he swears he lives by). I still have goals we are working to such as my pull ups and getting better in boxing.”
